Using physico-chemical analysis methods, systems were investigated: Cu2S-CdS-In2S3, Ag2S-CdS-In2S3, Cu2Se-ZnSe-In2Se3, Ag2Se-ZnSe-In2Se3, Ag2Se-ZnSe-Ga2Se3, Ag2Se-HgSe-Ga2Se3 at 873 K. The crystal structure of the quaternary compound AgZn2GaSe4, compaunds Hg5CIII2X8 and crystal structure of the solid solutions at AICIIIX2-BIICIII2X4 and AIIn5S8-BIIIn2S4 section was determined.
