According to the results of the necessity of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of land management of agricultural enterprises was proved, the concept of "efficiency of land use" was clarified, the essence of ecological and economic component of the mechanism of land management of agricultural enterprises was opened. Through analysis of the situation of the use of land resources of land enterprises the problems in the agricultural sector of the economy were identified. The effectiveness of land use by agricultural enterprises of Vinnytsia region was determined.
