The object are concrete-pipe elements in the manner of steel pipe-shells filled heavy by concrete; the purpose is solve a problem calculation on toughness concrete-pipe elements on central compression and under local action of the load; the methods are a comparison, mathematical modeling, physical experiment; the novelty is designed new mathematical models of the work short concrete-pipe element under central compression and under local action of the load; they are received new experimental given on result of the test concrete pipe elements under central compression and under local action of the load; the results is organized analysis of the methodses allows to choose reliable way for calculation on toughness concrete pipe element under central compression; it is formed program for calculation on toughness central compressed and local loaded concrete pipe elements with the help of PC; the field is building.
