Essay

The methods of the estimation and directions of consulting activity in personnel management are investigated in this work. The essence of consulting activity is clarified. Its role in the personnel management of enterprises defined. The factors, which have great influence on consulting activity efficiency of personnel management are systematized. The estimation of the efficiency of personnel management of enterprises, which produce mineral waters and soft drinks are conducted. The results of this estimation allowed to define a perspective requirement to realize the consulting projects. The estimation of the efficiency of consulting projects, that are most widespread in enterprises, which produce mineral waters and soft drinks (projects of recruitment, projects of the evaluation of personnel, projects of adaptation of new employees and projects of training and development) are conducted.
