The object of research is economic relations in the formation and functioning of the market of bank loans for small businesses of Ukraine. The aim of research is deepening the theoretical and methodical principles and the development of practical recommendations of the functioning and regulation of bank loans for small businesses that would ensure its dynamic and balanced development in Ukraine; мethods of research: deduction, induction, analysis, dialectics, segmentation, scenario modeling, questioning, neural networks, linear extrapolation; results of research: made methodical approaches to the calculation of current and forecast market state of bank loans for small businesses; the level of implementation: the results are used by commercial banks, NBU, analytical agencies, public organizations; іndustries: credit system of Ukraine.
