Borzih D. Activity of the public prosecutor in the pre-trial stages of the criminal proceedings.

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex of theoretical and practical aspects of the public prosecutor's activity in the pre-trial stages of the criminal proceedings. The criminal procedure content of the accusation was investigated, and the powers of the prosecutor in the pre-trial stages also. The prosecutor's powers in the opening the investigation stage were specified, when engaging a person as a defendant, during arrest and detention also. Activity of the prosecutor to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of the victim and the laws observance of the end stage of preliminary investigation was researched. Studied the role of public prosecutor and judicial control in pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings, including the essence and objective of judicial control and its relationship to the prosecutorial oversight in the pre-trial investigation stage.
