Object of the study is processes of competitiveness management to industrial product. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and development methodical and practical recommendation on efficient management competitiveness to industrial product with account ecological forming. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, system and marketing approaches, economic and mathematical modeling, fresh comparisons and logic, subscripted analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining conceptual bases to efficient management competitiveness to industrial product with account ecological forming; recommendations on quantitative estimation of competitiveness to industrial product with account ecological forming.
