Essay

The dissertation represents the theoretical analyzing and a new solution of the scientific-practical problem, which consists in deepening the imaginations about clinical and laboratory peculiarities of chronic acquired toxoplasmosis with prevalence of dien-cephalic syndrome manifestations with the aim to improve the diagnosis and an ade-quate therapy prescription. The received data indicate that determination of anti-toxo IgG is not always an effective method for diagnostics of toxoplasmosis in patients with diencephalic syndrome and it can lead to hyperdiagnostics of the disease. It was determined, that in result of disturbance of integration functioning of nervous, endocrine and humoral functions in hypothalamus pathology is a violation of periodicity of physiological processes (homeostasis), increasing of permeability of nourishing blood vessels, increasing of energetic needs of the notified structure, and thus the increase of blood flow through nutritive vessels. The correlation between separate features of diencephalic syndrome and diagnostic content of anti-toxo was revealed.
