Perekrestov M. Efficiency of using of a curative-tectonic keratoplasty by autoscleral flaps in patients with purulent corneal ulcer (clinical-experimental investigation)

The dissertation is dedicated to increasing an efficiency of treatment the patients with purulent corneal ulcer with using of a new technique of curative-tectonic keratoplasty by autoscleral flaps. It was developed the new technique of curative-tectonic keratoplasty by autoscleral flaps that effective for the treatment of the patients with central and peripheral purulent corneal ulcers. It was investigated the clinical features of the purulent corneal ulcers after using the autoscleral flaps. The morphological features of healing of the purulent corneal ulcers after curative-tectonic keratoplasty by autoscleral flaps were investigated. It was established that efficiency of treatment of the patients with purulent corneal ulcers was 98.2% after the curative-tectonic keratoplasty by autoscleral flaps that 12.8% above than after curative keratoplasty by tutoplast-processed temporal fascia, р<0.05.
