The object is monitoring and management liquidation of consequences of natural disasters on highways; the purpose is diminishing of terms and charges on monitoring and liquidation of consequences of natural disasters on highways due to development of the appropriate models and methods of decision support; the methods are system analysis, analysis of hierarchies, multiobjective diagnosis; the novelty is models of monitoring of hazards of consequences of natural disasters on highways, models of identification of consequences of natural disasters on highways, diagnosis of possible plans for their cleaning-up, which include choosing the effective plan, necessary functional units and their resources for disaster clean-up operations on highways; the industry is subdivisions of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine.
