Mudretska A. The methodology of investigation of theft of budgetary funds

The dissertation is a complex monograph researehing methodology of investigation of theft of budgetary funds. In work to contain a number of theoretical positions and practical recommendations which are formulated taking into account features of the operating budgetary legislation of Ukraine, mechanism of theft of budgetary funds, practice of investigation of theft of property by officials by abusing the office position and which contain novelty aspects. Criminalistics characteristics of plunders of budgetary funds is developed in the dissertation; in particular characteristics of budget funds as an object of particularities of circumstances and subject of the theft of budgetary funds are highlighted; typical modus operandi of plunders of budgetary funds and its traces are determined. Particularities of analysis and evaluation of the initial material at the stage of filing a case, typical investigative situations of the initial stage of investigation and corresponding investigative tasks and complexes of investigative and other actions are researched.
