Toropov S. Previous and expert ballistic researches on crime scene

Dissertation is devoted to a decision at monographic level of problems of providing of ballistic researches on crime scene. On the basis of analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, investigations and expert practice, the author determines that a crime scene is the independent object of ballistic examination which shows by itself the aggregate of elements of environment from tracks of a crime and neutral to a crime. Only on crime scene investigators can research shooting damages on big immobile objects and to perceive crime scene as a system structure. The subject of ballistic examination of a crime scene is determined. A concept and aims of previous ballistic researches on crime scene, which can be conducted for the decision of any tasks, is considered in the work. It is offered by author the form of informative card which is folded as a result of previous ballistic researches and structure of general method of research of crime scene.
