Efisko V. Surgical treatment of chronic odontogenic Sinusitis for patients with vegetative disfunctions.

Dissertation sanctified to surgical treatment of chronic odontogenic antritis for patients with vegetative dysfunctions. On the basis of study of features of function of the vegetative nervous system for patients with a chronic odontogenic Sinusitis by means of monitoring of variation of cardiac rhythm, the modified method of surgical treatment of chronic odontogenic antritis that gives an opportunity in an early post-operating period to avoid the protracted activating of the cute nervous system is worked out. Research of influence of gauze tampon was conducted operated to the sine and nasal anastomosis on the organism of patient, as a single system. It is well-proven that gauze tampon of cavity of nose and destruction of center wall of bosom causes for all operated patients proof violation of the vegetative adjusting of activity of the cardiovascular system with the expressed sympathicotonia. It is shown that at gauze tampon there always is violation of cerebral hemodynamics that recommences or considerably gets better at moving away to the tampon from a bosom. Analysis of research results testifies that the use of the method of surgical treatment of chronic odontogenic Sinusitis worked out by us for patients with vegetative disfunctions allows to get a positive result in 28 (93,34 %) operated (recovery - 70 %, improvement - 23,34 %).
