The dissertation is devoted to the development and clinical-experimental grounds for usage of sealer on the basis of ulterdispersive bioceramics "SYNTHETBONE" for permanent obturation of root canals in the treatment of chronic pulpitis end chronic apical periodontitis The elaboration of filling material was carried out according to the standard demands ISO 6876:2001(Е) "Dental root canal sealing materials". Received data of laboratory studies (antiseptic, physico-mechanical, adhesive properties) were systematized and their comparative study was carried out. It was proved, that new material has advantages among another types of sealers. Effective treatment of chronic pulpitis and chronic apical periodontitis with the usage of proposed material was proved in the nearest and follow-up studies.
