Object: the management of exhibiting companies. The purpose: development of theoretical and methodical bases, practical recommendations on the formation and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of management of exhibiting companies. Theoretical results: development of theoretical and methodical bases for the formation of organizational-economic mechanism of management of exhibiting companies. Practical results: the method of integral evaluation of exhibiting companies, performance evaluation of consumer loyalty participants of exhibitions, their activity in exhibitions and effectiveness of the exhibition space. Novelty: defined types of exhibition product and their composition, classification of virtual exhibitions, improved typification of companies exhibiting and classification of exhibitions, development of methodological approaches to evaluating investment attractiveness of the exhibition project and of virtual exhibitions. Introductions: economic activity of the exhibiting enterprises. Sphere of use: exhibiting enterprises.
