Kochubey D. Logistical activity management of trade enterprises

Dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological terms and applied problems of management by logistical activity of trade enterprises of Ukraine. Theoretical positions are investigated and specified: "logistical activity", "management of logistical activity", "logistical strategy", is improved classification of logistical activity functions, the object, the subject, the purpose, problems, functions and principles of logistical activity management of trade enterprises is defined. The analysis of existing practice of management is carried out by logistical activity, results of management are investigated by logistical activity, modern condition of software for support of management by logistical activity of trade enterprises is considered. Methodical approaches to formation of logistical strategy and a complex estimation of productivity of logistical activity are developed, the system of criteria for estimation of IT-systems for supporting of logistic management and a method for substantiation of a choice information system is offered.
