t is investigated and stated economical senses of "cash flow" and "optimization cash flows in trading companies", ways of optimization and methodological bases of formation structural and logical scheme of optimization cash flows in dissertation. Also, it is proposed ways and system of indexes to evaluate effectiveness of optimization cash flows in trading companies. In dissertation investigated the main tendencies of changes in amount and structure cash flows Ukrainian trading companies in nowadays. Also, it's investigated tendencies and influence of factors of changes of resulting exponents of cash flows management in Ukrainian trading companies. Substantiated propositions of improving informational base of optimization cash flows trading companies. It's proposed methodological ways of balancing cash flows in amount according probability in-flows, priorities of out-flows and with changing key financial indicators of enterprise's growth. It's made propositions of improving synchronization in time the kinds of cash flows trading companies according to aim parameters of this process and ability to regulate each cash flows in time.
