Essay

2-Acylamino-3,3-dichloroacrylonitriles. Development of preparative transformations of 2-acylamino-3,3-dichloroacrylonitriles which give new derivatives of fused azaheterocycles, in particular azolopyrimidines. IR- and NMR-spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, X-ray research. Preparative methods for synthesis of a series of bi- and tricycle pyrimidine derivatives, in particular pyrines and their structural analogues, and also new heterocyclic systems such as 7,8-dihydroimidazo[1,2-c][1,3]oxazolo[4,5-e]pyrimidine, 7,8-dihydroimidazo[1,2-c][1,3]thiazolo[4,5 e]pyrimidine, and 4,5,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-c][1,3]thiazolo[4,5-e][1,3,2]diazaphosphinine were found. Recyclizations of derivatives of 5-amino-4-cyano-1,3-oxazoles as well as their addition products to amidines under action of hydrazinhydrate or under heating in acetic acid were investigated, which resulted in new derivatives of 3,4,5-triaminopyrazole or 5,6-diaminopyrimidine-4-one. It was shown experimentally that some of synthesized azaheterocycles are perspective for development of bioregulators of different action, in particular inhibitors of proteinkinase CK2 and furine, and also vasodilating and anticancer preparates. Sphere of the use is bioorganic chemistry.
