The given thesis is devoted to developing theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations on the formation and development of agricultural market infrastructure. We considered the conceptual basis of the formation and development of agricultural market infrastructure, its components, examined the development of the agricultural market in the context of food security, defined system indicators and methodological approaches to the assessment of infrastructure provision. Economic analysis of current state and trends of regional agricultural market was conducted. Level of infrastructural development was evaluated as well. Demand on the regional market as a factor in its development was also analyzed. Priorities for improvement of agrarian market's infrastructure were developed. Model of infrastructural development was proposed to insure effective market demand.
