Dissertation paper is dedicated to development of methodology-theoretic positions and practical recommendations as to forming and development of tourist services market. A socio-economic role, conditions and development factors of tourist services market have been considered. World experience has been studied, and tourist market development envestigated in the context of providing of the country's economic security; metrics and methodical approaches as to development estimation of the tourist services market have been defined. The tourist services market development has been diagnosed, and its infrastructural support estimated. Regional peculiarities and development factors, as well as the influence the government control has on the development state of tourist enterprises have been analysed. The priority prospective courses as to the tourist services market development have been worked out, and besides that, the role of marketing instruments and market development have been grounded in the context of economic security. Agroturizm as one of the basic courses of efficient regional tourist market development has been suggested.
