Kopelyan N. Features of immune disorders in generalized pаrodontitis, immunecorrecting and immunorehabilitation

In the dissertation summarizes data comprehensive clinical, immunological and instrumental examination 84 patients with generalized pаrodontitis (GP). In patients with GP found breach systemic immunity: T-lymphocytopenia, reducing the number of circulating CD4+ lymphocytes, reduction immunoregulatory index CD4/CD8, suppression of phagocytic activity of monocytes, increase the concentration of circulating immune complexes mainly due to the most toxygenic middle molecular and small-molecule fractions. Revealed an imbalance between the content of cytokines in the blood and oropharyngeal secretions with proinflammatory (TNF?, IL-1? та ІL-2) and antiphlogistic (ІL-4) properties. Established an imbalance between aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in the periodontal pockets. The degree of immunological changes detected correlated with the frequency of exacerbations of generalized periodontitis and oral hygiene status. Pathogenetically justified the inclusion combination of subalin and erbisol in the complex treatment of the patients with generalized periodontitis during exacerbation. The expediency of immunorehabilitation patients with generalized pаriodontitis with the presence of asthenic-neurotic syndrome and laboratory manifestations of secondary immunodeficiency with using phyto preparation alfagin.
