Bykova-Troedsson . Clinical-pathogenetic description, treatment and medical rehabilitation at ambulatory conditions оf patients with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis against a background of diabetes mellitus type 2.

This thesis summarizes the results of the clinical-laboratory investigation of 168 patients with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis (CUC) against a background of diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2. The basic group (86 patients) received a complex of medical treatment at ambulatory conditions in the form of a combination of artihol and livolin-forte, while the group of comparison (82 patients) received the generally ac-cepted medications in average therapeutic doses. During a period of medical rehabilita-tion, 40 patients with CUC combined with DM type 2, received the adaptogenic sub-stance aveol. The clinical picture, as well as the character of biochemical and immunologi-cal aberrations, of patients with NASH combined with Ob, were analyzed. The expe-dience of the use of eucarbon in the framework of medical rehabilitation was patho-genetically demonstrated. A more rapid improvement of the general state of patients was noted, including the normalization of biochemical and immunological indexes, and there were valuable proofs about the remission of the disease.
