The complex of problems of theoretical and practical characters, related to forming of democratic electoral culture of young people in Ukraine, is probed in this dissertation. There are investigated the theoretical basis of category of electoral culture, certainly the state of scientific development and methodology of research of electoral culture of young people, its essence, structure, typology, functions, and also basic descriptions of democratic electoral culture of the young generation. There are analyzed the features of becoming of electoral culture of the modern Ukrainian state population, especially the young generation, found out basic regional, age-old differences and major trends of its progress
