As object is information technology for technological and economic processes in the production systems of the food industry; a purpose is improving the efficiency of the food industry through the development of information support of decision-making control of their production systems; methods are theory of active systems, system approach, control theory, Bayesian networks, fuzzy set theory, game theory, mathematical modeling, computer experiment; research results is comprehensive use of heuristic-analytic and probabilistic methods, and network technology to create models and information technologies to provide decision support information management systems, production of food businesses; area of use - the food enterprises.
