Essay

The thesis is dedicated to solving the theoretical and practical task of formation of strategy of reform of enterprises for housing and communal services of the region in terms of introduction of innovative methods of cost control. In the thesis a conceptual approach is proposed with regard to determination of the structure and size of the tariff per unit of desired product for a strategic perspective using the system of calculating the expected profit of the utility company from implementation of investment and innovation activities.
