Object - the planning process of xDSL access networks. Goal - increasing speed and bandwidth capacity xDSL access networks . Methods - the theory of telecommunications, systems analysis, mathematical statistics, probability theory, optimization theory, theory of estimation and control, mathematical modeling, simulation and outdoor experiment. Results - was developed a method for estimation of rate potential of xDSL subscriber access systems over PSTN, throuthput estimation method for xDSL access networks on the TCP / IP level, planning method for access networks. It is introduced - into the scientific-research work№ DR 0109U000662, into the learning process the department of TCS KHNURE. Sphere of application - xDSL access networks.
