Essay

Object - prediction of spread and development of stem insect-pests in the oak clear-cuts and the dates of forest protection. Aim - basing of the dates of protection for forest and forest production in the oak clear-cuts from stem pests on the base of research of their biology. seasonal development and injuriousness depending on microclimate. Results: methodical approaches to research of biology and seasonal development of stem pests are improved, models for prediction of the dates of swarming and rates of development are developed for these insects, measures on decrease of forest damage by stem pests in the clear-cuts are recommended.
