Kotenko V. Guaranteeing of Plaintiff and Defendant's Legal Rights and Interests in Administrative Legal Proceeding of Ukraine.

This thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical matters of guaranteeing plaintiff and defendant's procedural rights and interests in administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine. Theoretical grounds, regularity of formation process and reasons of plaintiff and defendant's participation in administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine are elucidated; some peculiarities of realizing procedural rights and duties by the parties of administrative legal proceedings are characterized. Peculiarities of guaranteeing the rights and legal interests of the parties in administrative legal proceedings by their representatives and administrative court are defined. Offers concerning alterations and amendments to the current legislation, directed on strengthening the guaranteeing plaintiff and defendant's procedural rights and interests in administrative legal proceedings are formulated.
