Object of study - business processes that occur in an automated braking control and their impact on the dynamics of the vehicle categories M3 and N3. The subject of study - an automated braking control and its influence on the dynamics of the movement of vehicles of categories M3 and N3 in the brake mode. We used the analytical method of mathematical modeling and numerical methods for solving differential equations. Confirmation of theoretical propositions satisfied by experimental studies of bench and road conditions. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that first obtained theoretical dependence of the maximum, the adhesion between the tire and the supporting surface, which differs from the known fact that takes into account the dynamic vertical load on the wheel of the vehicle during braking. First obtained a theoretical relationship between the braking of the vehicle axle and the adhesion of the wheels, which allows to take into account the degree of influence of automatic control systems, braking force on the dynamics of the vehicle braking categories M3 and N3. Has been further developed the concept of designing brake control of biaxial vehicles of categories M3 and N3, which is developing a systematic approach to the design of automatic control devices, braking force. The practical significance of these results is that the developed relationships can be used in the design of brake control of a vehicle equipped with automatic control, braking force, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of braking vehicles with automatic systems. Adopted for use on the JSC"Volchanskiy Assembly Plant", OJSC "Poltava Automobile Units Plant" LLC "Autocomponent Plus" NPP "Elon-TT" techniques used in design pnevoaparativ. The practical use of the results aimed at achieving social effect and improve the working conditions of drivers , reducing the number of accidents and improve active safety of vehicles in general. Scope: enterprises that design and manufacture of braking systems for vehicles and units to them.
