Essay

The work depicts the study of intercellular cooperation factors as parts of chronic glomerulonephritis. In GN, NS раtients were noted in peripheral blood the high levels of pro- (TNF-alfa, gamma-IFN), antiinflammatory (IL-4, -10) cytokines, growth factors (TGFbeta, VEGF) as factors of its immunopathogenesis, their importance in the development of both proliferative and non- proliferative forms.By the predictors of the satisfactory response to the treatment of patients having MesPGN and MPGN is the reliable decrease of IL-4, gamma-IFN/IL-10 ratio, TGF-beta, VEGF levels, for MPGN is TNF-alfa additionally; the changes of gamma-IFN levels are not informative. The prognostic positive signs for MGN and FSGS were not found.
