Andreyko D. Psychical disorders of the patients with temporal epilepsy resistant to antiepilepsy preparations and their dynamics on the different stages of the treatment of restoration

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of the important scientific task - the establishment of conformities of the forming of psychical disorders of patients with temporal epilepsy resistant to antiepileptic preparations and their dynamics on the different stages of treatment of restoration. As a result of the complex clinical psychopathological, neurophysiological, neurovisual and neuropsychological research some data have been systematized about the conformities of the dynamics of farmakoresistent forms of the temporal epilepsy of adults. The comparative analysis of neurophysiological status and psychical functions of farmakoresistent and a high quality flow of the temporal epilepsy has been conducted. The tactics of the treatment of patients' temporal epilepsy which must be differentiated and directed not only on the disappearance or diminishing of the frequency of attacks but on the maintenance of psychical functions has been defined. New data which testify to the ability of psychical disorders of the complex treatment of restoration regress to some extent have been obtained
