Tymoshenko D. Intellectual work motivation for oil and gas personnel in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical models and practical recommendations for management of intellectual work motivation for gas and oil personnel in Ukraine. The main features of motivation in Knowledge economy are shown in the thesis. Graphical and analytical model of individual's intellectual-and-resource potential were worked out, also the great role of bifurcation point of intellect and the reason of its behavior in the process of intellectual work motivation was established. The scheme of structuring the organization into associated constant, temporary and informal hot-groups together with the leader was proposed. Special recommendations were proposed for introduction and practical approbation for researches so that to be confirmed as a scientific investigation in order to confirm the main scientific hypotheses, reliability and effectiveness of the models, findings and suggestions.
