Vavilova S. Mixed isopoly niobotungstate anions of the 6th row

Object - the isopoly niobotungstate anions of the 6-th row. Purpose - study the state of the anions in aqueous solution, calculation of the thermodynamic characteristics, and elaboration of the procedures for the synthesis of salts with isopoly niobotungstate anions, investigation of their properties and structure. Methods - pH- potentiometry, mathematical modeling, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, X-ray phase analysis, differential thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy. The ranges of isopoly niobotungstate anions dominance were obtained; procedures for the new salt synthesis have been optimized using thermodynamic parameters. Application - the synthesis of new coordination compounds, catalysts, sorbing agents, anti-viral medications.
