Essay

Object of research - the processes of structure formation and their impact on physical and mechanical properties of porous concrete on modified binder with man-made products enrichment of ilmenite ores. The purpose of the thesis is to improve the scientific basis of production of aerated concrete wall materials with improved strength and structural properties when used in its composition metakaolin containing modifier derived from anthropogenic enrichment of ilmenite ore products. Research Methods: standard methods for determining the properties of the developed wall structurally-insulated aerated concrete in accordance with the regulations: BS BV. 2.7-45-96, "SSU.2.7-45: 2010. Calculation and optimization of porous concrete compositions performed on the basis of experimental studies carried out using modern methods of planning the experiment, the definition of the phase composition of raw materials and material structures of tumors studied methods of X-ray diffraction, differential thermal, electron microscopic analysis, to assess the pore structure of porous concrete used laser measurement and settlement complex. To decipher the results of X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis there were used literature data. Theoretical and practical results: the established efficiency obtained with the modifier additive-sludge enrichment of ilmenite ore in forming porous concrete mixtures. Entering supplements instead of 15-20% cement set terms of structural strength are reduced by 1.5 times, and strength after autoclave treatment increases by 40-45%; developed aerated warehouses on the mixed binder content with rational metakaolin containing additives; optimum thermal regimes treatment sludge enrichment of ilmenite ore for active pozzolanic additives; developed scheme of feeding and dosing metakaolin containing additives for the manufacture of gas-concrete mixture, the results of experiments used in the production in the manufacture pilot batch small concrete blocks. Degree of implementation: research results used in the manufacture of the party implemented in the experimental release party wall concrete blocks of Dnepropetrovsk plant of wall materials.
