Overchenko I. Administrative law framework of technical protection of information in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The thesis mentioned theoretical generalizations and new scientific problem solving that is to identify problems of technical protection of information in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine through the study of administrative law principles of such activities and the formation of proposals to improve administrative law regulation of technical protection of information in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During the investigation of administrative law framework of technical protection of information in the Ministry of Internal Affairs had found a number of problem points that greatly reduce the effectiveness of this type of protection. Founded that the source of problems of technical protection of information is no effective legal control of social relations that arise in the implementation of technical protection of information in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The results will greatly improve the quality of technical protection of information in the MIA of Ukraine and more effectively prevent, to detect and prevent illegal encroachment on the information that circulates in the Ministry of Internal Affairs when such encroachments are realized through the use of embedded devices. Also, the findings obtained by the author, should help in identifying and remedying the causes and conditions that contribute to this encroachment.
