Petriv O. Legal basis of participation in the church building environmental legal culture in transition

On basis of comprehensive and systematic analysis defined opportunities and legal principles of church involvement in addressing public and private moral-legal problems of modern Ukrainian society in the field of ecology, particularly in shaping environmental legal culture in transition, the formation of notions in this area, to develop new theoretical and methodological provisions and principles of legal aspects of environmental policy states and the church.The analysis of scientific papers on research, fitted with issues that were not reflected in the scientific literature and found that the participation of the church in shaping environmental and legal culture has not so far been the subject of special study. The results gave reason to develop recommendations that were applied and can be used in the formation of legislation and implementation of public policy to enhance the role of the church in shaping consciousness and legal culture of citizens.
