Object of research:Organizational and economic processes in the formation of efficient functioning of the enterprises on the basis of the alcohol industry investment and innovation development and integration of modern communication and relationships in a market economy. Aim of research: development of theoretical concepts and methodological recommendations for improving the functioning of the alcohol industry businesses based on innovative development and implementation of new technologies and new organizational forms of economic management. Methods of research: abstract and logical, monographic, settlement and constructive comparison, economics and mathematics, graphic method. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical plan offers the ssuggested that science-based approaches to the effective functioning of the alcohol industry businesses based on innovative development. The practical plan contains the improvement of methodological bases for increasing the organization and management of enterprises on the basis of the alcohol industry investment and innovation development and integration of modern communication and relationships. Degree of implementation: the results have been accepted to be used by General Department of Economy of Cherkassy Regional State Administration, General Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Cherkassy Regional State Administration, SE "Kosarsky distillery," SE "Kamensky distillery plant" Smelyansky sugar plant. Sphere of usage: the food industry.
