Object of research: labor potential of the industrial enterprise. Purpose: theoretical basis and development of methods of the formation and evaluation of the use of labor potential of industrial enterprises. Methods: analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, average and relative values, graphic, grouping. Novelty: the first time a method of quantitative evaluation of multi-building industrial enterprise employment is developed, improved mechanism of labor potential of the industrial enterprise, flexible method for the determination of the premium stuff and its subdivisions depending on the results of their activities. Scope: in activity of Lviv factory of reinforced concrete number 2, Drohobych machine factory, in the learning process of the National University "Lvivska Politechnika".
