Anistratenko J. Administrative and legal status of the State Control-Revision Service of Ukraine

This thesis examined the nature and features of the legal status of SCRS, examines the legal guarantees of administrative employee status, ways of its improvement. Emphasis on features of the administrative and legal regulation of status of SCRS, in terms of introducing administrative reforms in Ukraine, and the reorganization of the structure of the Control and Revision Service of Ukraine. Attention to the improvement of moral and legal requirements to conduct data workers.The problems arising from the use of information technology in the activities of the SCRS. Also, the performance of employees on the SCRS revealed financial violations, based on statistical data. Courtesy reasoned comparison of the ratio of administrative and legal status of SCRS with other civil servants.
