The thesis contains the analysis of general theoretic problems of administrative responsibility for violation of order of economic activity performance; the study of elements and features of administrative offences against economic activity performance, the definition and characteristics of the proceedings place in cases of administrative offences against economic activity performance in the administrative process and the system of the proceedings stages in cases of administrative offences in the analyzed field. Suggestions and recommendations are developed to improve the current legislation of Ukraine in this field.
