Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex investigation of legal relations of supervision and control over observance of labour legislation as separate types of legal relations. It was proved that relations of supervision and control over observance of labour legislation have a constant and continuous character and their origin is connected with legal relations of definite kind. It was established that relations of supervision and control over observance of labour legislation are the relations emerging in consequence of using employees by an employer under specified legal procedure.
