Chavykina T. Legal Regulation of Rest Time of Law Enforcement Officers in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of rest time of law enforcement officers in Ukraine. There was given social and legal characteristic of rest time and leaves of law enforcement officers, outlined peculiarities of legal provision of these institutes of labour law. There were analyzed points of view of different law scientists on the conceptual structure of rest time and leaves of the officers. There were given definitions to such notions as: 'rest time of law enforcement officers', 'leave of law enforcement officers', 'annual basic leave', 'annual additional leave', 'research leave', 'social leave'.
