Object of research: investment activities of mechanical engineering. Purpose: Developing theoretical positions and grounding practical recommendations aimed at improving tool efficiency investments in domestic enterprises of mechanical engineering. Methods: historical, statistical and expert assessments, economic and mathematical analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. Novelty: first proposed a conceptual approach to investment management in the mechanical engineering, improved formation of complex balanced scorecard, the method of planning the use of investment through the development and application of the mechanical engineering targeted programs, the method of planning target investment program. Scope: in machine-building enterprises of the Transcarpathian region, the Department of European Integration, Foreign Relations and Tourism of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, in the learning process Mukachevo State University.
