Marchenko O. Forms of judicial control in public administration.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of problems of development of the institute of judicial control in public administration, determination of forms of such a control. The organizational and legal bases of judicial control in public administration, its features are analysed. New approaches to the delimitation of administrative, commercial and civil jurisdiction are offered, which contain a proposal to take into account not only participants of legal issue in law and nature of such an issue, but also existence of private or public interest. Under the form of judicial control is proposed to understand the manifestation of legal proceedings of court, which include adoption of acts of justice by courts, taking into account the results of review of public authority's legitimacy. The choice of form of judicial control in public administration is carried out within the limits defined powers of the court, which contain in procedural law.
