In the thesis we have studied the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and the state regulation of the vegetable market in the agrarian sector of economy. We have investigated the retrospective of the market relations formation, the current state and degree of the market saturation with the vegetable products, the peculiarities of the state regulation of the vegetable market. We have assessed as the usage, production and realization of the vegetable production as the state regulation mechanism towards supply and demand at the vegetable market.
