The thesis is devoted to the solution of main aspects in modern pulmonology, mainly: the study of simvastain influence on clinical course of the disease; structural, geometric and functional heart parameters; external respiratory function; immun status; platelet aggregation in patients with community-acquired pneumonia class III with and without coronary heart disease (CHD). This study proved, that simvastatin has a positive effect on central hemodynamics in patients with community-acquired pneumonia without CHD: contribution of atrial systole in left ventricular diastolic filling decreases. It is showed the improvement of volume (the increase of FVC) and speed indicators ERF (PEFR, IEFR, AEFR) and the growth of FEV1. It is demonstrated the improvement of function of cell (the percentage growth of CD3) and hummoral (the increase of IgG content) immunity; the decrease of total cholesterol and LDL and ADP - inducted platelet aggregation, the reduction of hyperthermia period 22, 1% (p< 0,05) and duration of hospital stay 12,5% (p< 0,05). The decrease of total cholesterol was in patients with community-acquired pneumonia against the background of CHD who had had complex therapy with simvastatin; speed parameters of inhalation and exhalation improved; IgG concentration increased; ADP - induced platelet aggregation decreased (speed, time, degree of aggregation).
