Zagorskaya Y. Actual state and ways of payment of labour improvement at the agricultural enterprises

The aim of the thesis is the summarizing of theoretical aspects and further development of scientific and methodical directions in labour payment improvement at agricultural enterprises. The object of the research is the process of labour payment forming at agricultural enterprises. The subject of the research is a totality of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects concerning the labour payment organization at agricultural enterprises. Theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis is the dialectical method of cognition, systematic approach to economic problems studying and also studying of economic, social and psychological phenomena among the staff of agricultural enterprises. Fundamental researches of outstanding Ukrainian and foreign scientists in the sphere of labour payment problems at the agricultural enterprises have become the methodological foundation of this work. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the base of theoretical, methodical and practical approaches to the systems of labour payment at agricultural enterprises under modern conditions. The practical importance of the results obtained consists in working out and introduction of proposals and recommendations connected with labour payment improvement at the agricultural enterprises.
