Didichenko Y. Justification, clinical and immunological evaluation of the postoperative phytomedicine in complex treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis

Thesis is devoted to the problem of postoperative treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis (CT) by applying the complex postoperative treatment with phytomedicine "Imupret" that has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and immunostimulating properties. Immunomodulatory properties of herbal reactions were determined with the help of cellular and humoral immunity of patients with CT. The first assessment was held of impact of herbal immunocompetent cells of normal animals and immunodeficiency. The new scheme of treatment of patients in the postoperative period using herbal study was proposed and justified. This clinical and immunological evaluation of complex treatment of patients in the postoperative period with the inclusion of herbal. Recommended a set of simple and informative test to assess immune status of patients in the postoperative period. Application of phytomedicine "Imupret" as immunomodulators and expanded its range of clinical applications.
