Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to a question of efficacy increase of severe forms of acute intestinal infections (AII) in children on the basis of condition studying cytokine disbalance both on systemic, and on regional levels, identification of type immune disbalance, features of qualitative structure of membranes lymphocytes at inclusion in the standard scheme of treatment of AII “anti-cytokine” preparation a domestic production of lipin. 103 children at the age from 1 month till 14 years, who were sick with AII of various etiology and forms of severity, were examined. It is established, that a level of increase of the main pro-inflammatory cytokines in blood plasma of patients with AII (IL-1?, TNF-?, TGF-?1) is proportional to severity of disease, whereas a level of anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10, IL-4, CD4+, CD8+) with increase of severity of AII, on the contrary, lost the anti-inflammatory orientation that was shown by sharp decrease in its level in a systemic blood flow. The revealed changes have allowed to establish new aspects of AII pathogenesis in children and to prove inclusion in the standard scheme of treatment of patients with severe forms of AII of a domestic preparation lipin. Clinical efficacy of a preparation lipin in treatment of AII in children is proved.
