Objective: to study and deepen the theoretical and methodological regulations and increasing innovation activities of enterprises susceptibility to solar energy technologies in terms of external and internal environment. Research Methods and apparatus: observation, comparison and generalization, expert assessments of optimization hierarchy of systems research, trend analysis, economic and mathematical and structural-logical simulation, graph-analytical. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodological approaches to enhance the susceptibility of innovative companies and organizations to the technology of solar energy. Novelty: a methodological approach of integrated assessment of socio-economic and environmental effectiveness of the implementation of solar power technology, which is based on a complex of systemized health benefits, improved the concept of innovation receptivity companies and organizations on the scope of energy conservation and found the process of its formation, methodical approach to rationalize the choice heliokollektors using modernized optimization method targeted consumer functions of enterprises and organizations, which makes it more reliable to justify the choice of conditions for helioequipments specific entity, and measures to strengthen internal and external environment of the enterprise based on the creation of flexible innovation-susceptible groups, formation of the complex target shape state support to enterprises (regionally-targeted credit subventsiyna form of support), development of regional support for enterprises based on creating energy-efficient cluster evaluation measures of innovation in the form of index coverage of standard health benefits and the perception of the innovation potential of solar energy technologies, to assess the degree of perception of the potential of solar energy technologies and create methods for its improvement; model of the formation of innovative companies of the susceptibility, which, unlike existing models, includes three levels of interpretation of the process of its formation, which allows more precise measures for the implementation of solar power technology based on a model standard of the enterprise.
